You will love the first game if you can find it, the third game (Curse of Monkey Island) is marginally my favourite of the series, and the fourth (Escape from Monkey Island) is quite good but going 3D was a bad decision. Also loved Zak McKraken - don't know if you've ever played that one? But I have to be honest ... I never did play the first one. :P Perhaps it's time I try and find it on eBay.
