Reporting and Dashboards
On a weekly basis, I prepare an extensive dashboard that includes statistics from the previous week. These include new leads generated, webcast results, Google AdWords analysis, email campaigns, Alexa rankings, web site traffic, and download totals. This is a very thorough, multi-sheet Excel document, and it has become invaluable to myself, driving my day-to-day marketing efforts, and to the executive team, allowing them to see positive and negative trends and base company decisions upon them.
